Only Quality Materials Can Ensure the Durability

With our experience and expertise in touch screen monitors market, our technicians will select suitable parts with the right properties to manufacture durable touch screen monitors.

Like housing is always aluminum or sheet metal, no plastic with consumer grade. We always use original brand LCD panels from AUO/LG/AUO brands, we don’t use any 3rd party backlight LCD module. For touch IC, we select ILITEK or EETI which are proved to be very stable in the commercial or industrial application.

Constant In-Process Inspection

IQC: We test all incoming materials based on AQL inspection standard, especially the key parts, like touch screen, touch controller, AD board, LCD panel, etc. All inspecton data have record.

Pre-production samples test: For any new or customized design touch displays, after EVT, DVT, we will have some pre-production samples to have the final test before mass production.

Inspection during in mass production and OQC before shipment.

Clean Room Production

All of our touch screen monitors are assmebled in our clean room to make sure that we can bring our best level products to our customers. Lower than 0.5% defective rate means less RMA to our customers.

Quality Control

We test all functions, like touch panel, touch controller, AD board I/O(VGA, HDMI, DP, etc), LCM, RFID, OSD, dimension, label, etc for incoming, production and shipment process. In addition, all goods in buring test for over 5 hours.
